Operational Modules
They consist of:

Port Call Module

This is the main entry point for the system operation. New voyages are defined stating their voyage & cargo type as explained above. System guides the user through the defined workflow to enter all voyage data (ex. voyage stakeholders, cargo manifest, shippers, receivers & stevedores, ship arrival / departure dates, cargo discharge / load operations). The data entered here is used to feed all other modules & to generate all needed operational reports saving a lot of time. History of all voyages & even lost opportunities are kept, enabling the generation of performance reports based on the required metrics.

Suez Canal Transit Module

This module covers the Suez Canal transit operation. It helps the agency keep track of its upcoming & current voyages through the Suez Canal from both the operational side & the financial side, generating detailed statistical report. History of all voyages & even lost opportunities are kept, enabling the generation of performance reports based on the required metrics.

Owners' Matter Module

The owners' matter module is an integral part of any system; it covers the operations of the owners' requirements regarding the vessel's call such as:
- Managing crew joining / disembarkation.
- Managing hospitality arrangements for crew (reception, transportation, accommodation, etc.).
- Generate required documentation for crew members handling.
- Manage both single and grouped crew members.
- Manage parcels/spare parts operations.
- Track both individual and grouped shipments.
- Generate required customs & clearance documents.
- Generation of fully detailed reports about owner's operations per voyage.
Besides, the owners' matters module handles other types of owner requirements such as cash to master, provisions & supplies, garbage & slugs' disposal & others.

Dry Docking Module

This module records and monitors the vessel repairs and maintenance during its presence at the dry dock, all these operations are then translated into expenses and grouped into disbursement accounts.
